Yes, they changed their SMTP port from 25 today in an effort to work around it... so everyone's mail to them was waiting around for DNS to catch up. Anyway, given their generally appalling service with those random message delays, I'm not surprised that their refusal to do anything about backscatter as well as their spamming hosts has landed them on some big RBLs finally.
Still, at least they're doing something about it. Optus doesn't.
